The Strangers Movies: Reboot Timeline
Director Renny Harlin's reimagined The Strangers trilogy tells a new version of the story across three films that were shot consecutively. This watch order begins with a couple stranded in a remote town, then follows a survivor as she fights to escape the killers who want to finish what they started.
Unlike the original films, this trilogy delves deeper into the mythology and explores more about who the strangers are. The three chapters form one continuous story, with each film picking up immediately after the previous one ends.
There are 2 other watch orders available - see the links up above.

The Strangers: Chapter 1
After their car breaks down in an eerie small town, a young couple are forced to spend the night in a remote cabin. Panic ensues as they are terrorized by three masked strangers who strike with no mercy and seemingly no motives.

The Strangers: Chapter 2
When The Strangers learn that one of their victims, Maya, is still alive, they return to finish what they’ve started.

The Strangers: Chapter 3
Tethered by a frightening conclusion, Maya and the Strangers are locked on an unavoidable, unforgiving collision course — a showdown that proves they’re far from strangers now.
