Universal Monsters Movies: Invisible Man Films
The Invisible Man brought H.G. Wells' science fiction horror to Universal's classic monster franchise. Our watch order presents all Invisible Man films from Universal's original monster collection. For a modern take there's also the full Invisible Man entry.
Claude Rains' mesmerizing voice performance in the 1933 movie created an unforgettable mad scientist, followed by Vincent Price in The Invisible Man Returns. The series explores various takes on invisibility through a comedic female variant in The Invisible Woman, a WWII spy thriller in Invisible Agent, and a dark revenge tale in The Invisible Man's Revenge. Like the Mummy, the Invisible Man remained largely separate from the monster crossovers, concluding with Abbott and Costello Meet the Invisible Man.
